RETURN POLICY

We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a credit note if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The credit note must be redeemed within 3 months. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. If you choose to exchange any item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don’t guarantee the replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to above mentioned condition. We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors display and pixels varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display is exactly same what our IT system displayed.
