Dispatch Timeline

Oja is a handcrafted brand and each piece is specially crafted for you. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 15 - 20 working days. Minimum 15 days & maximum 20 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.

All orders are made in-house and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India. Once ordered, you will receive an email confirming the details of the order – product(s) ordered will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, we would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.


Once the product is dispatched, delivery timeline varies as it is subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our courier partner service provider.

Domestic Shipping

We provide Free shipping within India.

Cash on Delivery

Available within India, COD charges will be calculated on the total order value and will be born by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. We will take minimum 15 working days to ship the product, rest is the standard delivery time to reach depending upon the place the order has to reach. The shipping charges will be additional and will be based on weight and volume of the product and the country where the product is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry.

Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@ojaculture.com. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
